  • Instructions1. Add one 55g sachet of Optislim VLCD Soup to 200ml of hot water. Do not use boiling water.
    2. Pour contents of the packet into a mug.
    3. Add approximately 50mlof warm water and mix to form a thin paste.
    4. Add 150ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.

    Once prepared any unused portions of the Optislim VLCD Soup should be discarded; it should not be stored for use at a later time.
