*Free shipping is available on orders over $100 or $9.95 for orders below $100.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer care team if there are any problems with your order.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, in unforeseen circumstances, there might be potential delays due to a number of factors like, high volume of orders, COVID-19 delays or postal service issues etc. that are outside of our control. But we would endeavour to process your order/s and have them sent out as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to local Australian Capital City Addresses.

Free Shipping will also be applied for any orders that are above $100, to local Australian Capital City Addresses.

For any other Australian Address, please do contact us for a quote or it will also be shown upon check-out. Express Delivery is also available upon request.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ahpcpharmacyoutlet.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If it fails to be sent, we will inform you, and a NON-P.O. box address would have to be provided.
