- What it isThis cream works on three fronts and can be applied wherever the skin surfaces rub together. The antiperspirant prevents the sweating, and it is the sweat that causes the resulting bacterial infection. The cream also has a lubricating base which lubricates skin surfaces that rub together, reducing the likelihood of skin surfaces becoming inflamed. The cream has antifungal properties and will help clear up minor infection.
